Shipping Information

Free standard domestic shipping on orders of $100 or more.

Ground  - $6.50 flat rate/standard domestic shipping
2nd Day - $24.95 flat rate
Overnight - overnight shipping may be available by special request. Please contact us.

Domestic Ground: Most orders shipped via standard service are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days.  Most domestic ground shipments are delivered within 7-10 business days from the order's ship date.  Orders received over the weekend or on major holidays will be processed the following business day.  Free standard shipping is only offered to the lower 48 states.
 

Domestic 2nd Day via FedEx: All orders must be placed by 1pm PST to be shipped the same day.  Most orders are delivered within 2-3 business days from the order's ship date.  Orders received over the weekend or on major holidays will be processed the following business day.
 

Domestic Next Day: Next day air, or same-day messenger service within Los Angeles may be available by special request. Please contact us. All orders must be placed by 1pm PST to be shipped the same day.  


Restricted Hazardous Items: We regret that some items considered hazardous materials (i.e.: pressurized spray cans, hairspray, nail polish remover etc.) are restricted and required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by ground-only transport. Please choose the $6.50 standard shipping rate for these orders.
 

PO Boxes: For PO Boxes, USPS ground is the only shipping option available.

Easy Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your products, but if you don't, all items purchased through Reed Clarke will have a 14 day, 100% money back guarantee on unopened, unused and undamaged products only.  We do not accept returns on used, opened or damaged items.  We regret that shipping costs and return shipping charges cannot be reimbursed.  When returning an item, please pack the products securely, the same way they were shipped, and keep a record of the method and the date of your return shipment as Reed Clarke will not be responsible if the item is damaged or lost in transit back to us.  Customers will be credited back the value of the item purchased and any tax applied.
