Get The Look: Gabrielle Union

Here's my "Get the Look" for Gabrielle Union at last night's GQ Men of the Year Party.

Sexy is the name of the game for a GQ party, and Gabrielle is a very sexy woman. We went for a classic look with a smokey eye and a matte nude lip.

Gabrielle has incredible skin so I just used a little YSL Touche Elcat #4 concealer here and there, Chanel's "Soliel Tan de Chanel" Bronzing Makeup Base on the cheeks and then set the products with Bobbi Brown's loose powder in "Basic Brown".

For her eyes I did a light sweep of a warm champagne color (Chantecaille Shine Eyeshadow in "Bois") with a minky brown (Armani Maestro Eyeshadow#35) blended up at the crease, and a thick smudgy black line at the lashes. I added black liner pushed right into the lower lashes for an extra bit of drama, and then did 4 coats of mascara top and bottom.

For lips I lightly lined them with Lancome's lipliner in "Amandelle" and for the lipcolor used a lovely warm nude, Le Metier de Beaute's Color Core Moisture Stain Lipstick in "St. Tropez".

For her body I played with my new favorite toy, Temptu's new consumer airbrush (being sold at Sephora). They have beautiful highlighters, and I used the copper color all over her arms, legs & chest for a bit of warm sheen. I love how incredibly fine the shimmer is so it doesn't look sparkly, it just gives a stunning glow without being greasy like some of the lotions with shimmer in them...
