Get the Look: Bella Heathcote at the Hollywood Film Awards

As soon as I saw the Gucci dress that Bella was wearing I knew that a strong cat eye would look terrific with her fair skin and the lovely lilac of the dress.  Bella has the most beautiful skin, it's utterly luminescent.  I love using a hint of blush, a touch of contour and a stroke of luminizer to make her skin look alive, glowing and warm without looking like too much makeup.  I used the same subtle contour color in the crease of her eye for really soft depth on the eye and used a warm shell color on the lid.  For the liner, I used a waterproof cream liner and then used a slightly shimmery black liner from Chanel on top of the line so that light would hit the liner and give a soft twinkle.  Lots of mascara on the top, while leaving the lower lashes bare, accentuates the graphic look of the liner.  I used a pink matte lip pencil that complimented the color of the dress and looked really fresh with Bella's complexion.
