Christophe Robin Intense Regenerating Balm

Christophe Robin Intense Regenerating Balm

Why you need it:
A texturing balm for hair that also multi-tasks as a cream for nails or skin. It contains rare prickly seed oil and has a light, pleasant scent.

Why I love it:
Makeup artists are infamous for using products in ways they weren’t intended, so when I find a truly multi-purpose product my heart races a little faster. This balm is a serious multi-tasker; as a hair product it’s nourishing, protective and can also be used as a repairing treatment.  It’s perfect for adding a little texture, smoothing the ends or using as a mask before shampooing, as well as being a great alternative to silicone based oils and serums.  It has rare prickly pear oil in it which is amazing for the hair, but it isn’t overly greasy, and the texture has sort of a whipped consistency to it.  It’s definitely concentrated, so a little goes a long way, which I also always appreciate. But personally, I primarily use it as a hand cream, which goes to show just how incredibly versatile this product is.
